As a freelancer, clients often ask me to integrate customer onboardings.

And their problems are always the same.

Long story short: they complexify what needs to be simplified.

A customer onboarding has to be painless for users, costless for teams.

However it is often source of attrition and waste of resources to develop.

Am I the only one to experience such trouble in start-up teams?
